Russell served as the Construction Manager as Agent for the renovation and expansion of the baseball and softball complex at Kent-Stein Park for Muscatine Community School District. The project included a full renovation of the existing baseball field and the construction of an entirely new synthetic turf softball complex.
For the baseball field, scope included regrading and turf installation, construction of a new press box and grandstands, scoreboard installation, dugout enhancements, structural upgrades, site lighting, and new fencing. On the softball side, an undeveloped area was transformed into a fully operational facility with a new CMU concessions building, synthetic turf field, lighting, grandstands, press box, dugouts, and perimeter fencing. Site work involved extensive regrading, installation of swales and culverts to address drainage, and utility tie-ins.
