We have built and will continue to explore a culture of inclusion where all team members feel a strong sense of belonging, are empowered, and can be fully themselves. We nurture each team member toward inclusive leadership, making decisions based on our cultural values. We strive for a fun, collaborative environment that encourages productivity and a desire to want to be here.

As we continue to grow, our commitment to developing new ways for all team members to connect and feel as though they can bring their whole selves to work is paramount. In 2023 we launched the Building Women Network (BWN) – a team member-led resource group for Russell women across all three offices to feel empowered, inspired, connected, and appreciated – through professional development, sponsorship, mentoring, coaching, inclusion/connectivity, resources, and recognition.
