Russell is developing and constructing three buildings totaling 160,920 s.f. in Tallahassee, FL. The project was brought to us by real estate brokers we had worked with in the past. The tenants include the State of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Department of Management Services Retirement Division and the Department of Transportation. Each building will be a single story, pre-engineered structure. Interiors will be Class A build-outs featuring a mixture of enclosed offices, open workstations and conference spaces. The project began this fall and will be completed in late 2019/early 2020.
