Russell developed and constructed three buildings totaling 160,920 s.f. in Tallahassee, FL. The project was brought to us by real estate brokers we had worked with in the past. The tenants include the State of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Department of Management Services Retirement Division and the Department of Transportation. Each building is a single story, pre-engineered structure. Interiors are Class A build-outs featuring a mixture of enclosed offices, open workstations and conference spaces. The project began in the fall of 2018 and was completed in late 2019.
