Russell is serving as the Construction Manager at Risk for a new five‑story, 110,000 s.f. headquarters building in Bettendorf, Iowa, featuring a partially below‑grade level two‑story parking structure. The project consolidates operations for QCR Holdings and Quad City Bank & Trust while supporting future growth and strengthening their presence in the Quad Cities.

The building will include training rooms, boardrooms, conference areas, breakrooms, rooftop patios, teller stations, financial vaults, a landscaped courtyard, and a drive‑thru bank with elevated decks and extensive landscaping. Site improvements include two new city roads, sanitary sewer relocation, and a large on‑site retention pond.

To support schedule and budget, Russell executed five early bid releases for key long‑lead items such as mechanical units, structural steel, precast panels, and concrete work, while performing extensive value engineering and collaborating closely with the design team throughout preconstruction. The soil conditions were improved using vibratory stone columns, and the construction team incorporated a cast-in-place concrete core, structural steel framing, and a parking structure composed of both cast-in-place and precast elements.

Russell is utilizing Virtual Design and Construction tools—BIM/3D coordination, 4D scheduling, and DroneDeploy 360° photography—to ensure seamless coordination, proactive planning, and exceptional quality control on this transformative headquarters project.
