Addition of approximately 1,500 s.f. to the lower level, first and second floors, and addition of approximately 30,000 s.f. in two new levels, 4th and 5th floors. The Bank has a new exterior envelope enclosing the existing lower level floors (basement, first, and second floors), utilizing a completely new exterior masonry skin for a total homogeneous exterior appearance. The exterior appearance is updated to keep with the historic downtown Washington appearance and utilizes exterior masonry, cast stone, and GFRC to replicate the historic brick and stone appearance.
