Russell served as General Contractor for the construction of the 51,000 s.f. Peter J. Lindberg M.D. Health and Human Performance Center at Augustana College, a three-story facility supporting health-related academic and athletic programs.
Key features included:
-Competition Pool: Installed a 10-lane pool—the largest in the area—enabling new varsity water polo programs
-Kinesiology and Therapy Spaces: Built specialized labs, a therapy pool, locker rooms, and team rooms
-Academic Facilities: Included five classrooms, faculty offices, and a 250-seat viewing area above the pool
-Student Commons: Created a two-story gathering space with a grand staircase for student interaction and study
