This policy requires employees to be empowered to manage their own schedules, while being accountable for their individual workloads.

Community is among our core values and this notion runs deep within the organization.  The company is well-connected across a variety of community organizations and is encouraged by the executive leadership to give of themselves in whatever capacity they are able.

Russell had donated more than $1 Million to local non-profit and community service agencies across the Quad Cities.  With offices in St. Louis and Kansas City, we look forward to expanding out community focused mindset into these markets!
