This project included the 44,690 s.f. addition of a two-story auditorium addition featuring:
- 900 seat theater
- Orchestra pit
- Stage
- State of the-art sound, video, and rigging systems
Also included in the project was the 31,414 s.f. new pool area, including:
- Eight lane competition pool
- Warm up pool
- Wet classroom
- Coaches office
- Locker rooms and restrooms
