Construction management services were provided to the Gardner Edgerton USD #231 School District.
The project scope included the new, Madison Elementary School, renovations/expansions to three elementary schools, and expansion to the existing high school.
Preconstruction services included design reviews, cost estimating, value engineering and design alternatives, constructability reviews, project and budget definition, long lead procurement, bid packages and bidder prequalification, and preconstruction conferences. In addition, construction and post-construction phases services were provided.
