We were chosen as Construction Manager at Risk for an 8,000 s.f. addition and remodel to the existing high school band and vocal music area.
The project scope included the new 74,000 s.f. elementary school, renovations/expansions to an existing high school, band and vocal music areas, and an expansion to the existing elementary.
Preconstruction services included design reviews, cost estimating, value engineering and design alternatives, constructability reviews, project and budget definition, long lead procurement, bid packages and bidder prequalification, and preconstruction conferences. In addition, construction and post-construction phases services were provided.
