Russell delivered the 68,000 s.f. renovation and 20,000 s.f. addition to Building 1 at Black Hawk College in Moline, IL, transforming one of the most heavily trafficked areas on campus.

The project included:

  • Renovated Enrollment Center and Financial Aid office
  • 29 updated offices
  • 23 larger classrooms
  • New restrooms and common spaces
  • Upgraded HVAC system, fire suppression system, and LED lighting
  • New 5,000 s.f. courtyard connecting the original building to the new wings
