St. Ambrose University selected Russell to perform Construction Management services to complete their 65,000 s.f. university center. This center serves as a student union and community center featuring a food court, an 11,650 s.f. banquet room, artwork display gallery, cyberspace café, several meeting rooms, and second and third-floor balconies that overlook the campus. The building structure consists of a concrete and steel foundation with a masonry exterior.
The project schedule was developed and planned around St. Ambrose University’s academic calendar. Campus faculty were kept up to speed on scheduled construction events to prevent minimal disruption of campus activities.
Through the construction process of the Rogalski Center, Russell achieved yet another extremely satisfied client and has developed a strong, ongoing working relationship with St. Ambrose University.
