Russell served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new St. Joan of Arc Catholic School, an 80,000 s.f., two-story K-8 Catholic school. The building included two classrooms for each grade level, featuring a separate wing with an entrance for pre-kindergarten classrooms and five childcare classrooms. The large gymnasium featured bleachers to accommodate athletic, school, and parish events, as well as a physical education space. A cafeteria that can be utilized for other large events is included in the common areas.
Additionally, the new school has capacity for 630 students and features:
- Daycare for infants to three-year-olds and a preschool program with a dedicated drop-off area

- Collaborative space for each grade level
- High school-rated gymnasium
- State-of-the-art security
- Playground
- Student commons featuring an attached chapel
