Bettendorf High School – Performing Arts Center

Russell managed the 54,120 s.f. auditorium addition and 12,700 s.f. renovation at Bettendorf High School in Bettendorf, IA, using the Construction Management as Agent approach. This project enhanced performing arts facilities while improving security and administrative spaces.

The auditorium addition included:

• 840-seat auditorium with an orchestra pit
• New scene shop and dressing rooms
• Renovation of choral and music spaces and auxiliary auditorium suite
• State-of-the-art sound, video, and rigging system
• ADA accessibility

The project also featured:

• 12,700 s.f. renovation to the existing high school, including a secure entry and media center
• New centralized District Administrative Center
