Working with the East Buchanan County C-1 School District and ACI Frangkiser Hutchens, we provided services relating to the feasibility studies, cost analysis, and value engineering ideas to bring this project in on budget, while still addressing the school district’s needs and wish lists. These important decisions were assessed and finalized during the precontruction phase of the project. Led by Superintendent of Schools, Chuck Nance, Paul Mensching, and a team of design and construction professionals, this new educational facility was completed and ready for the students to start classes in time.
