Initial project included a new 15,400 s.f. medical spa and additional cold shell space. Space includes a 6,800 s.f. medical spa featuring a lobby / reception, waiting area, two injection rooms, four aesthetic rooms, three laser rooms, two massage rooms, two offices, multi-purpose / yoga room, holding area, consult room, breakroom, four restrooms, and MEP support and circulation areas.
The expansion project included a 5,000 s.f. design/build remodel and expansion to provide additional program space for patient care and optimize the existing clinic layout to accommodate growth. Project entailed a fit-out of suite 200 with a conference room, massage rooms, and aesthetician rooms. The reception area was reconfigured to provide additional reception space and an improved layout for the cosmetic display area. Minor modifications were made throughout the existing clinic to achieve the desired workflow improvements and accommodate the additional services.
