Russell provided complete program management services while acting as the design/builder to assist The Group in project definition, programming, site analysis, municipal entitlement coordination, and pro forma development.
Once the project parameters were determined Russell engaged key consultants to design the 24,000 s.f. facility that will house 15 clinical providers. The building features 32 exam rooms designed in two modules and a centralized diagnostics module. The “patient centered” module design will standardize patient care and enhance operational efficiency. The features day lighting throughout the building via expansive clearstories, exterior glazing and skylights.
All project details, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment are being managed by Russell, providing The Group with a single-source project delivery.
