Quad City Bank & Trust Brady Street Renovation included four phases of facility upgrades over five years. The first and second phases included a 16,600 s.f. interior renovation including portions of the lower level, first floor, and second floor, as well as upgrades to the entire building electrical and HVAC systems.
Phase three consisted of a 13,000 s.f. interior renovation of the existing office space on the second floor of the building. This phase also included demolition of existing partitions, flooring, ceilings, ductwork, and first floor bathroom, as well as the construction of new office spaces, doors and frames, flooring, ceilings, and ductwork.
The fourth and final phase comprised a 7,500 s.f. demolition and remodel of the first-floor lobby and teller area.
