The project scope for this project included:
- 261,000 s.f. renovation of an existing warehouse into 74 residential units and a common area
- 30,000 s.f. renovation of the existing 50 stall parking lot
- 39,000 s.f. Indoor Marketplace including 1st floor and basement retail build-out for 8-12 spaces
- Replace 64 damaged windows while cleaning exterior brick
- Phased construction
