Russell served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the 400,000 s.f. complete makeover of an 11-story hotel and apartment complex. The renovation included 389 existing guest rooms and the addition of nine new guest rooms, which were repurposed from existing space. Additionally, a total redesign of the main lobby, including changes to the front and concierge desks and the installation of new front desk stations, was completed.
Russell also repaired and re-coded its covered parking garage and its existing 550 parking spaces.
