The project scope included a 14,768 s.f. on campus medical
clinic connected to the existing Centerville hospital that includes:
- 26 exam rooms
- 2 ultra sound / exam rooms
- 2 procedure / exam
- 12 physician offices
- 3 lab spaces
- Waiting rooms / reception / nurse stations
