This 34,203 s.f. project included a two-story addition and renovation of the first and second floor and mechanical upgrades in the 12,120 s.f. existing basement, delivered in three phases to allow the building to remain occupied during construction.
The facility includes family practice, pediatrics, behavioral health, family planning/women’s health, triage rooms, radiology, as well as lab and other support departments, and Community Meeting Rooms. New entrances and exterior façade for the facility were also part of the project.
