Russell was selected to develop a new 9,500 s.f. medical office complex for Illinois CancerCare, one of the largest private oncology practices in the nation. The new facility was delivered from initial programming to completion in 10 months using Russell’s integrated design/build/develop process. At the inception of the process, an initial pro forma was presented and was the basis for final the final lease documents.
