The project scope included the new 74,000 s.f. elementary school, renovations/expansions to an existing high school, a band and vocal music area, and expansion to the existing elementary.
Pre-construction services included design reviews, cost estimating, value engineering and design alternatives, constructability reviews, project and budget definition, long lead procurement, bid packages, bidder prequalification, and preconstruction conferences. In addition, Russell’s Kansas City office provided construction and post-construction phases services.
