The Baldwin Primary Center is a new 65,000 sq. ft. elementary that was completed in August of 2010. Despite a 45-day delay to project commencement, the project team was still able to meet the originally set completion date! This school features a boiler heating system ran by a state-of-the-art control system, detailed interior finishes, and the ability to expand an additional wing for future use. This elementary was constructed with a centrally located safe room that was funded through FEMA. With a safe room constructed just under 4,000 s.f. this school has room to expand and continue to keep all occupants safe.
