Phase I

Construction of a 50,514 s.f. multi-purpose building consisting of a 1/8 mile track, 2 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, and an attached two-story field house. Construction of a 2,840-seat stadium with a new 8 Lane synthetic track, football/soccer field, scoreboards, lighting, grandstands, and track and field event areas. Construction of two new softball fields. Renovation of the existing varsity baseball field, including netting backstop, sunken dugouts, and bleacher improvements. Renovation of existing strength training area into the wrestling room. Wicall pool structural modifications, 6,000 s.f. pool room.

 

Phase II

Roof and Masonry Restoration, 150,000 s.f. roof replacement. Masonry restoration of a 1960s building. Various safety-oriented projects, including new flooring, fireproofing, lighting replacement, curtain walls and electrical gear replacement, and secure entry.

 

Phase III

243,500 s.f. remodel and 18,000 s.f. addition to the Jr. Sr. High School, including new heating/cooling, fire suppression, lighting, ceilings, selective interior finishes and the incorporation of grades 7-12 to the building. Tearing down half of the auditorium balcony, infilling with commons/cafeteria space. Extensive cafeteria and kitchen renovation to become the central food preparation kitchen for the District. Mobile Classroom.
