New ground-up construction of a 76,214 s.f., five-story hotel and parking garage. The new hotel features 136 guest rooms, a full-service bar, and restaurant, a fitness center, meeting venues, a 90-car precast garage, and a stadium-facing patio. The meeting venues are 1,892 s.f. and can accommodate functions of up to 200 people.
Construction on this project began in October 2018 and is the first, ground-up Marriott select service hotel built in the City of St. Louis’ downtown market in decades. The hotel was designed to accommodate existing demand for lodging, as well as anticipated growth in the area.
