It includes an 89,000 s.f. four-story wood structure clad in brick, stone, stucco and glass. There are 126 guest rooms, including 18 shotgun suites and two presidential suites. Amenities in the hotel include a full-service bistro and bar, Executive board room and meeting room space, fitness center and swimming pool, media, game, and Concierge lounges to serve hotel guests, business center and guest laundry facilities.
The 35,000 s.f. conference center can be divided into many different configurations and holds up to 1,555 people. It also includes a 3,000 s.f. commercial catering kitchen.
Also included are 428 parking spaces and four outdoor courtyards for guest and event use, including fire pits and an outdoor pizza oven.
