Renovation and addition to an existing building, including:
- Demolition of existing MEPs, furniture, cubicles, walls, and finishes
- Cut openings in walls, where the addition ties in to the new facility
- Install W10s between joists in the existing basement for reinforcement
- Addition to include new foundations, steel, elevator, and stairs.
The exterior is a combination of glass, brick, metal panels, and EIFS.
