Russell served as the general contractor for The Village at New Longview, a master-planned residential community delivering approximately 80 luxury, for-sale townhomes and brownstones across a seven-acre infill site in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Designed using New Urbanism principles, the project creates a walkable, connected neighborhood experience unlike any other in the Kansas City area.
The development features a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences, each with front porches, bay windows, rear-loaded garages, optional lifts, and rooftop patios that strengthen the streetscape and maximize outdoor living. Community amenities include a shared courtyard, walking trails, and a resort-style pool designed to enhance resident comfort and connection.
