Heritage is a distinctive mixed-use development that masterfully blends historic preservation with modern innovation. The multi-story development features podium concrete construction with wood framing on floors 2–5, offering a blend of first-floor apartment units and commercial lease spaces.
A range of premium amenities enhances the resident experience, including a golf simulator, bar, fitness room, pool, and electric car charging stations—catering to a contemporary, upscale lifestyle. The design integrates new construction with an adjacent retail building, using carefully selected materials to ensure aesthetic cohesion while adhering to budget constraints.
