The Vera French Central Park Expansion transforms the clinic with a 1,200 s.f. renovation of the existing space and a 3,130 s.f. addition. The project introduces a welcoming, ADA-compliant entrance, a new reception and waiting area, two intake rooms, and parking lot upgrades to better serve clients.
The facility features heavy laminated timber beams, columns, and purlins, complemented by full-height glass exterior walls that provide scenic outdoor views. This design improves staff oversight of the lobby and streamlines the intake process, enhancing the overall client experience.
Russell is collaborating with Streamline Architects, Carr Engineering, and Townsend Engineering to bring Vera French’s vision to life in this modernized facility.
