Russell delivered the Kahl Home, a 138,000 s.f. community in Davenport, IA, utilizing the Construction Manager at Risk approach. This multi-story facility includes 135 beds, a chapel, and a convent, along with dedicated skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care wings designed to provide specialized care for residents at every stage of need.
The project also features administrative areas, resident common spaces, a dining hall, a fully equipped kitchen, and a physical plant to support operations, ensuring a comprehensive and comfortable living environment.
