This new facility is located on the north side of 56th Avenue W in Bettendorf and houses multiple tenants, including Shive-Hattery and Geifman First Equity, who was also the developer of the
site.
Shive’s tenant fit-out includes underground utilities, SOG, new mechanical equipment, and standard finishes.
The site includes over 41,000 s.f. of concrete pavement and a massive wet detention pond with a fountain, which serves as the focal point of the site.
Russell has a long history with Shive Hattery, having completed more than 140 projects with them since 1993.
