The scope of the project included extensive renovations to the existing two-story warehouse, transforming the facility into a dynamic corporate headquarters with a dramatic open office environment. Large expanses of glass allow for penetration of natural light and views of the exterior plazas for all the occupants. Custom organic design themes are displayed in the walls, ceilings, and finish patterns, giving the space a sense of openness and movement. The exterior design features a 2.5-story entry and strong cornice profile as a branding element for all of the KV campuses.
