The Life Church project is a 40,000 s.f., 1,400 seat Worship Center with offices and classrooms. This award-winning facility was accomplished through the Design / Build efforts of Russell Merit and Nolte & Associates. Russell Merit provided the structural plumbing, HVAC, and electrical design in partnership with the subcontractor team.
Original budgets through other contractors were in the six to eight million dollar range. When Russell Merit was introduced, we were able to help the client get closer to its initial budget of 4.5 million.
