A historic renovation project converting the abandoned Franklin High School into 75 residential senior living apartments. Franklin School was designed by renowned school architect, William B. Ittner, and opened in 1911, and officially closed its doors after the 1994-95 school year. While maintaining the building’s historic integrity, this four-story, 82,500 s.f. project included secured gated parking as well as a patio, walks, green space, and landscaping. An interior light well was designed to add to the aesthetics and amenities of the building.
