Russell was introduced to Belmar through an existing relationship with a contact at Farnsworth Group in Colorado. An initial meeting between key team members with Belmar and Russell took place in November 2020. Following this initial meeting a formal interview was arranged between Belmar and Russell, and the rest is history! Â
