Russell is leading a transformative 100,000 s.f. interior renovation at St. Louis Community College’s (STLCC) Florissant Valley Campus in Ferguson, MO. Delivered through a Design-Bid-Build approach, the multi-phased project enhances learning and administrative spaces while maintaining full campus operations.
The project includes:
- Interior renovations to classrooms, corridors, the dining hall, restrooms, and library
- A new grand stair and interior finishes throughout
- Demolition of four underutilized buildings across campus
- Campus-wide regrading to improve accessibility and site aesthetics
Through close collaboration and detailed preconstruction and VDC services, Russell is proud to continue building on its trusted partnership with STLCC.
