JACOB JOHNSON – Superintendent

Jacob Johnson joined Russell as Superintendent in May in our Springfield office. In his role, Jacob manages daily jobsite activities, oversees subcontractor coordination, enforces safety protocols, and drives progress to deliver projects.

 

 

JOHN MCBRIDE – General Superintendent

John McBride joined Russell in the Springfield office as General Superintendent in May. In his role, John provides overall leadership for field operations, supports multiple project sites, and upholds consistent safety, quality, and schedule performance across all projects.

 

CONNER OBERT – Preconstruction Engineer

Conner Obert joined Russell in the Springfield office as Preconstruction Engineer in May. In his role, Conner supports preconstruction activities by assisting with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation. He collaborates with project teams to analyze plans and specifications, develop budgets, and identify opportunities for value engineering to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.

 

SHAWN BRINELL – Project Manager

Shawn Brinell joined Russell in the Springfield office as  Project Manager in May. In his role, Shawn oversees all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. He ensures projects are completed efficiently and in alignment with quality standards and client expectations.

 

BRENNAN BAGWELL – Preconstruction Executive

Brennan Bagwell joined Russell in the Springfield office as Preconstruction Executive in May. In his role, Brennan leads preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and early project planning. He collaborates closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders to develop accurate estimates, evaluate constructability, and ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction into active construction.

 

STEVE MONSANTO – Vice President, Springfield

Steve Monsanto joined Russell in the Springfield office as an Vice President in May. In his role, Steve provides executive leadership across regional operations, guiding strategic initiatives, supporting project teams, and fostering strong client relationships to drive growth and ensure successful project delivery.

 

CADEN KIPPER – Warehouse Assistant 

Caden Kipper joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Warehouse Assistant in April. In his role, Caden is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including organizing inventory, preparing materials for delivery to job sites, tracking equipment, and ensuring supplies are stocked and ready to meet project needs.

 

RYAN SCHROEDER – President, Kansas City 

Ryan Schroeder joined Russell in the Kansas City office as President in April. In his role, Ryan provides strategic direction for regional operations, oversees business development, and drives growth initiatives. He is responsible for fostering client relationships, supporting project teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that align with Russell’s mission and values.

 

SOPHIA SOLIS – Design & Administrative Assistant  

Sophia Solis joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Design & Administrative Assistant in April. In her role, Sophia supports the facilities team by preparing design materials, maintaining documentation, and coordinating administrative tasks. 

 

JUAN MENDOZA – Superintendent

Juan Mendoza joined Russell in the Kansas City office as Superintendent in May. In his role, Juan oversees daily jobsite operations, manages subcontractor coordination, enforces safety protocols, and ensures projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

 

KEITH BALLARD – Senior Superintendent

Keith Ballard joined Russell in the St. Louis office as Senior Superintendent in May. In his role, Keith leads field operations on complex projects, manages site teams, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements. 

 

ANDREW WALL – Project Coordinator 

Andrew Wall joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Project Coordinator in May. In his role, Andrew supports project teams with documentation, scheduling, and communication. He tracks project progress, prepares reports, and helps ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.

 

SOUMYA MADIREDDY – VDC Manager

Soumya Madireddy joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as VDC Manager in June. In this role, Soumya leads virtual design and construction efforts, overseeing the development and coordination of BIM models to support planning, visualization, and construction workflows. She collaborates with project teams, design partners, and clients to enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration through innovative technology solutions.

 

ROBERT MCCLIMON – Project Engineer 

Robert McClimon joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Project Engineer in June. Last summer, Robert interned with Russell as a Project Management Intern. In his role, Robert supports project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and document control. 

 

TABOR GOOCH – Project Engineer

Tabor Gooch joined Russell in the St. Louis office as Project Engineer in June. In this role, Tabor supports project teams by coordinating documentation, assisting with scheduling and budgeting, and managing submittals and RFIs. He helps ensure projects progress smoothly and meet quality and performance expectations.

 

KAYLA WOLD – Executive Assistant 

Kayla Wold joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Executive Assistant in June. In her role, Kayla provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team, manages schedules and communications, coordinates meetings and events, and assists with special projects to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

ISABELLA FORAL – Director of First Impressions

Isabella Foral joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Director of First Impressions in June. In her role, Isabella  welcomes visitors, manages front desk operations, and provides administrative support. She ensures a professional and positive experience for clients, guests, and team members while assisting with daily office coordination.
