Russell Welcomes Brooke Kulper as Vice President of Finance
Russell is excited to announce that Brooke Kulper has joined the firm as Vice President of Finance. In this role, Brooke will lead financial operations across the construction enterprise, serving as a strategic business partner to the operations, project management, and executive leadership teams.
Brooke brings 20 years of progressive experience leading finance organizations and partnering with executive teams in complex, fast-paced business environments. Her background spans financial analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, operational finance, pricing strategy, and cost management, giving her broad insight into how finance connects to every part of the business.
