Brooke Kulper serves as Vice President of Finance at Russell, where she leads financial operations across the construction enterprise and serves as a strategic business partner to the operations, project management, and executive leadership teams. With 20 years of progressive experience leading finance organizations and partnering with executive teams in complex, fast-paced business environments, Brooke brings broad expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, operational finance, pricing strategy, and cost management.

She leads with a collaborative, people-focused approach that combines strong financial discipline with a deep understanding of the business, enabling her to connect strategy with execution, strengthen organizational performance, and help leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
