Russell provided a comprehensive development solution to the federal government in order to accommodate the relocation of the Social Security Administration offices in Davenport, IA. Russell performed all services necessary to fast track the occupancy of this project, including site selection, furniture coordination, security system installation, and design/build services, to re-purpose an existing retail building into 12,500 s.f. of Class-A office space in compliance with all federal design and construction regulations.
