The YMCA’s fifth flagship location in the heart of our region, located on the banks of the Mississippi in Downtown Davenport, selected Russell to build their brand new facility. Among this 78,000 s.f., three-story building’s amazing features are two pools – a 25-yard, 5-lane lap pool, and a family warm water pool with a zero-depth entry for therapy programs, swim lessons, and play structures. A unique feature is the outdoor “River Deck” on the third floor overlooking the river. It’s intended for fitness classes like yoga and other programs. Other project highlights include the full-sized gymnasium, state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, 1/8 mile indoor track, multiple group exercise spaces, multiple community spaces, and administrative offices.
