Russell served as the General Contractor for the tenant finish buildout of the new Katie’s Pizza location in Crestwood, Missouri. The 11,013 s.f. restaurant included a full interior buildout featuring the dining room, bar, restrooms, back-of-house spaces, and an outdoor patio. Scope of work also encompassed the coordination and installation of all owner-furnished kitchen equipment, delivering a fully operational restaurant tailored to the brand’s design and functional requirements.
