Milltown Coffee
The 1,310 s.f. Tenant Improvement for Milltown Coffee at the Geifman Utica Property on the corner of Spruce Hills Drive and Utica Ridge Road. Scope included drywall, ceilings, FRP, tile work, doors and frames, casework and countertops, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Milltown serves coffee and pre-made food items.
