The 22,600 s.f. building houses educational and flexible office use tenants. The first floor features classrooms, a lecture hall, office space, breakout rooms, a lounge, a lobby, and a reception area.
The second story is occupied by Regus, the largest provider of flexible working spaces worldwide, with more than 2,000 locations internationally.
