As Chief Financial Officer, Mike oversees construction accounting, talent and development, and information technology. He is instrumental to Russell’s financial strategy and streamlining internal operations. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, Mike is dedicated to driving success and creating value for the entire organization.

With over 36 years of experience in finance, Mike is a proud graduate of St. Ambrose University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mike remains deeply committed to his community, serving as Treasurer and Board Member of The Putnam Museum, a member of the Finance Council for the Diocese of Davenport, and an active participant in the Business Advocacy Committee of the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce.
