As a Preconstruction Executive, Greg provides strategic leadership and oversight to preconstruction teams in our Kansas City office. Greg is a graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Master of Science in Business Management with a focus on Project Management, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Towson State University. Greg is a PMP‑certified leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering mission‑critical data center projects across the U.S.

Greg combines deep technical expertise with proven success in guiding cross‑functional teams, driving cost certainty, and leading complex builds from concept through closeout. With an accreditation as an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD), Greg is adept at aligning project execution with client expectations, safety, and schedule.
