Daniel Conaway joins as director of operations - st. louis
Midwest based Russell, a commercial construction and real estate development firm, is excited to announce the addition of a new Director of Operations in their St. Louis office.
Beginning on April 17th, Daniel Conaway started as Russell’s Director of Operations providing oversight and direct leadership over all construction operations in the St. Louis office. Daniel comes to Russell with over 23 years of construction industry experience in executive leadership, project management, field leadership, subcontractor management, and business development. Prior to joining Russell, Daniel was mostly recently a Project Executive at Paric Corporation in St. Louis, MO.
In his role as Director of Operations – St. Louis, Daniel will oversee all project management and field operations functions to ensure all projects managed out of Russell’s St. Louis office are delivered with precision, and in alignment with our core values. Daniel will also directly collaborate with preconstruction, business development, and executive leadership in St. Louis to deliver on business plan goals.

A life-long resident of St. Louis, Daniel carries to Russell a deep portfolio of expertise in high-quality healthcare, commercial, and academic projects, including overseeing over $750 million in projects while in his last role. A graduate of the University of Missouri Science & Technology, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and is actively involved in numerous industry organizations, such as the Associated General Contractors of Missouri (AGC), Missouri Society of Healthcare Engineering (MOSHE), and is a Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC) by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
